When a hexapod is purchased or retrofitted (electrical/mechanical/software upgrade of an old machine), one or more specialists are tasked with installing and commissioning the system. A general check is then carried out to ensure the nominal operation of the system.
During installation or at the customer’s request, training courses are provided on the use of the hexapod, software, machine specificities and the coordinate system. Training can be carried out at the customer’s premises, remotely or directly in our showroom on the Symétrie site.
To ensure your hexapod’s longevity, preventive maintenance can be carried out on the customer’s site, or the hexapod can be sent directly to the Symétrie factory for an overall inspection (maintenance and metrology).
Extended warranties are available on purchase or following preventive maintenance for up to 2 additional years.
Symétrie can offer maintenance contracts including year-round assistance. A number of hours is defined to support you and respond instantly to your urgent requests.
A list of spare parts can be supplied with the purchase of your hexapod. However, you can take advantage of our expertise to advise you on the acquisition of additional components, so as to guarantee the reactivation of standard part exchanges.
