INSTALLATION
The on-site installation by our team is almost systematic for all dynamic hexapods. For positioning hexapods, on-site installation is generally done for specific hexapods and some large standard hexapods, but less often for small hexapods, for which installation is very easy. We are at your disposal to carry out the on-site installation whatever hexapod you choose!
TRAINING
The training allows you to get to know your new hexapod, how to start it, how to use the software and how to maintain the hardware. Practical exercises adapted to your application are implemented to allow you to be quickly operational. The training can be done at your office or on our premises.
For small positioning hexapods, the user manual allows you to quickly get started with the system. Our team is there to assist you by phone, videoconference or email, when you start your hexapod.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Because your systems must give you full satisfaction for many years, Symetrie supports you and offers you:
■ an after-sales service that operates worldwide
■ spare parts
■ warranty extensions, up to 5 years
■ maintenance contracts.
Preventive maintenance operations are detailed in the user manual and can be carried out by your staff or by our service team if you wish.
