MINI HIGH PRECISION POSITIONING HEXAPOD

SOLANO is an ultra compact hexapod designed for positioning and calibration of elements requiring a small dimension with a resolution down to 0.08 µm.

As a reminder, the hexapod is a platform with a parallel structure enabling very high precision positioning of objects in space according to the 6 degrees of freedom.

SOLANO hexapod meets increasing requirement from demanding areas in terms of size, resolution, precision and stability.
Its dimensions allows an integration into a narrow environment, thanks to its small size, 104 mm height, and its reduced diameter of 120 mm.

SOLANO can be used in the two orientations: vertical and horizontal.
