Low-temperature environments (down to -40°C) require mechanical and electronic systems that are perfectly adapted to extreme thermal variations. Our custom hexapods and multi-axis positioning systems are designed to maintain their precision and reliability in these conditions, thanks to the use of materials with low expansion coefficients, such as INVAR, specific lubricants, and thermally stable components. Motor intensity is managed by software to ensure optimal cold operation, and heating patches can be integrated to stabilize the internal temperature. Each configuration is customizable to guarantee long-lasting performance in low-temperature environments.
