Some research and quantum physics applications require non-magnetic positioning systems to avoid disturbing magnetic fields or sensitive measuring instruments. Our non-magnetic hexapods and multi-axis positioning systems are designed to meet these requirements, particularly for precise positioning of vacuum chambers within powerful magnets. The materials used, carefully selected for their absence of ferromagnetic properties, together with specially adapted non-magnetic drives, guarantee interference-free operation. The ultra-flat “hexaglide” architecture, combined with absolute linear encoders, offers stability, rigidity and precision for the most demanding scientific environments.
